Gerber Life Policy Alerts are text messages that contain information regarding Gerber Life policies you applied for or carry. For example, the messages may ask you to make a payment to activate your policy, remind you of an upcoming payment due date, or confirm a payment. You will only receive Gerber Life Policy Alerts if you have opted in to the reoccurring text message program.
How do I sign up for Gerber Life Policy Alerts?
Sign up for Gerber Life Policy Alerts when you apply for insurance products on our website or by phone. Existing policyholders can call 1-800-704-2180. By signing up, you will receive up to 7 Gerber Life Policy Alerts per month. Gerber Life Policy Alerts are not mobile spam. The service is a recurring message program.
Is it free?
Although all Gerber Life Policy Alerts are complimentary, Message & Data Rates May Apply. Depending on your text plan, you may be charged by your carrier for each message you send and receive.
What if I don’t want to receive any more messages?
