It’s Easy to Manage Your Life Insurance Policy Online

June 30, 2015

Woman using laptopThese days, people can do almost any transaction from a computer or hand-held device, but did you know that you also can manage your life insurance policy online? It’s true!

Gerber Life eService allows policyholders to update and manage their policy information online, in the comfort of their own home.

Here’s how:

Enroll in eService. As soon as your Gerber Life insurance policy has been approved, you may sign up for eService. To do so, simply go to the eService enrollment page on our website and follow the three easy steps listed. In order to save time, have a copy of your premium statement and your login information handy, because you’ll need both to complete the process.

Start making payments online. As soon as you have signed up for eService and your first premium payment is due, you may start making payments online. To make a payment, you can use a checking or savings account, as well as a debit card or credit card. If you wish, you can even set up your eService account so that payments will be made automatically, and you’ll no longer receive paper bills in the mail.

Additional eService advantages. In addition to paying your premiums online, eService allows you to review your payment history, update your contact information, update your billing and payment preferences, change your beneficiaries…and maybe even apply for a loan against a whole life insurance policy!
